Johnson's just lost major points with me...

Called ahead to have our names put on the wait list so we weren't standing in line with two young kids and got a rather hostile "No. We don't do THAT."

(It's Hubby's b-day - thought we'd have a nice meal out....)

Soooo, lemme get this straight...

I can phone in an order for food and pick it up but I can't leave my name so we're not waiting 30 min., w/ small children?

(And I KNOW they used to do it at the Northwood location.... )

Whatever...
