Anything 25 hp or under does not have an age limit nor does it require a safe boating certificate as far as I know. Registration is something I don't know about but I'm assuming you'd have to.

Question More than one 25hp motor

What happens if you have 2 or 3 motors of 25 hp. Do you still get away without age limits or a certificate?
