2) Wild driving and inattentiveness
3) No Lights at night
4) Poor visibility
5) Submerged objects
6) Driving too close
7) Large Wakes

Is that your personal list? Because the US Coast Guard also has a list.

And you will notice that New Hampshire has boating regulations to cover all of the primary causes except excessive speed.
