Question FF2008 : Location 1

So should we continue with an "open air" approach and meet someplace public and free (Cate Park, WeirsBeach, ??) or try to rent a room or hall or restaurant ?

Poll will be open for this week.

Mee,

Though I am rarely able to make it because of schedule conflicts, I supported the public location until reading IG's post a little bit ago.

Perhaps a modification of the poll to include the idea of the Mount?

Default Mount Hmm?

The Mount sounds like a good idea.

I second that motion! We can celebrate the addition of the new cam by all getting in it.

I'd place the Mount as someplace you'd pay for so how about we place your vote on option #2 and then add a post saying "The Mount".

Default can i take my boat to the mount?

how long is a round trip on the mount. If I took my boat to the weirs docks, could I get on the mount, then get back in time before the dock "curfew". I'd prefer to take my boat to the destination if possible. Just a heads up if others wanted to do the same.

Thumbs up The Mount....

...I would participate in a Mount Cruise....I like the idea that there is multiple locations to embark from....and it would allow the "mingling" that I am found of.

Plus it's a fantastic Lake's region themed business that exemplifies, IMHO, what this website is all about!
