.....Will hopefully be honored by the smokers who go there. I would suggest to the owners, however, that they remove the ashtrays before the beginning of the "non-smoking" hours on the patio. Speaking as a smoker, if there's an ashtray visible, I would assume it's alright to smoke, irregardless of the sign.
(Disclaimer before I get jumped on by anyone -- yes, I smoke cigarettes. I do, however, respect the rights of non- smokers; in fact, I do not smoke in my own home, rarely in my car, I don't like the smell of smoking -- never have, never will. Very wierd, I know. I can understand my non-smoking friends not liking smoking or breathing it in, and will always respect the rights of others.)
