I don't know if this is the "right thread" for this but it is about Halloween...
Kudos to the Alton Fire Department, Police Department, Parks & Recs Department, and the Alton PTSA for helping to put on a fun and safe event for the kids! We've always been impressed with the turn out in the center of town for Halloween and it seems to be in control, well-monitored. What a great time for the little ones last night! THANK YOU!!!! |
