Default Nice Nov day on the lake

We took a ride over to Welch today in the wife's Whaler, calm, no boats in sight, fairly warm with low clouds. We picked up a few items we had forgotten at camp then had a pleasant ride.

When we docked at Glendale to load the Whaler back on the trailer there were two men looking down at the water near the boat ramp. As we were going by, they pointed out the large number of mature salmon in the shallow water. Some really nice looking fish, we were impressed. One of the men told us that they were in to spawn and were attracted to the docks. Quite the sight.

Default Island runs?

Hi gang!

We're planning to pull Misty out around the 20th leaving us with just 10 HP.
If any of you islanders forgot to turn off the refrigerator, plug in the aquatherm or left the laptop on the deck PM me. 'Glad to help.

Have boat, will travel!

Misty Blue.

Default Getting close

Made another Island run Sunday, nice day. I'll pull the pontoon out sometime after Thanksgiving, still have a little work to do getting the woodstove hooked up for the Derby.

Camp is closed up.
Left way to much for the last day this year.
Getting to old for the kids ambition. Fortunately I get to watch more than I used to.

We are going to boat this week in Austin Texas.

Only one boat left at the Wolfeboro Corinthian Yacht Club - an Islander who can't give it up. I guess the island season is all but over.

On Town Lake AKA Colorado River? Very nice greenway on the south side.
