Winter Boat Storage

melvinbayboater asked this last month and still no answers. I'm also looking for a new winter storage place. Anybody have experience good or bad to relate. Anybody have opinions on inside vs outside or shrinkwrapped vs racked?

I need to store my 26' bowrider and I don't own a trailer. I've always used Irwin and they're very convienent but a little above average on price. But this spring we had a little disagreement on delivery dates, so I'm looking around.
