Can someone please tell me the name of the smokehouse/barbeque at the intersection of rt's 16 and 25? I'm also not sure of the town it's in.
Thanks. |

So...is it good?
First time to Texas, I was taken out for some BBQ. Had no idea that it was the name of the food -- all this yankee knew was that it was the way the food was prepared. Many years later, I recall going to that joint to have "barbeque"! |

They do a good job with takeout as well and it really is a pretty short drive from Moultonboro- maybe 15 mins or so. |

Agree, but can we call it "living" without pork fat.
