Property Manager needed

We are looking for a property manager or someone to check in on our home on a weekly or monthly basis basis, year-round. Someone we can call on in an emergency situation, etc. as we live 2+ hrs away from the lake. I couldn't find anyone in the classifieds section on the forum, so thought I would post a note here. If anyone knows of someone who offers this type of service, could you let me know? Thanks!

I have someone that checks in on my place as well as cleans it after we rent it out, She is very good and responsible. College girl working anything she can to pay college, she is a great person and worker.
IS this something you are interested in or more like a person to fix things and actually manage the property soup to nuts?

We are responding to your request for a property mananger. This thread was referred to me by one of my clients at Deepwood Lodges which is just off of Smith Point in Moultonborough.

I am currently the manager at Deepwood Lodges. I also manage another summer rental property that I own. By trade I am a woodworker and do millwork and remodelling in the off-season.

I know of a husband and wife team that do cleaning and do exactly what you are looking for! They are a small family business so the cost is very competitive. Thanks Maintenance is their name 603-253-3034 or cell
