I just checked the Mount Washington web cam.... look at all the snow. It's hard to believe winter is right around the corner!!!

It may be snowing in the montains, but the lake was beautiful this weekend. Saturday morning was overcast but I had to bring my FL buddy's boat to the marina for the winter. I couldn't resist making that last pass over The Broads. It was like glass! Rarely have I seen the lake like this since the early 70's.

We had a couple brief periods of snow here in West Alton today, although the temperature was about 43 degs. It was actually more like sleet than snow, and it melted as soon as it hit the ground.
