Got up to Wolfeboro around 3 today!

Just got out of the water after 2 puppy walks and grocery shopping. The sun set about an hour ago and now I'm hanging on the porch enjoying the most beautiful place on the planet.

Enjoy you two weeks at the lake. I am working on my second two weeks here and loving every minute; I know you will do likewise!

How was the traffic on 93? We are heading up on Friday night. It wasn't bad at all 2 weeks ago, but I know with construction that can change fast.

...I hit some in Boston, but that's to be expected. I didn't leave late enough in the morning...the morning rush was just ending.

But other than that it was fine.

Although I've heard that Friday nights have been rough lately because of the Medford mess. I guess it's down to one lane (see the earlier post).

I'm sitting on the porch with a slight breeze (zero bugs) and a loon calling in the distance. 66 degrees and absolutely perfect!!!

Other than Friday, the forecast looks amazing until at least Tuesday...mid 80's and gorgeous!!!

I posted in another thread about the traffic.

Here's what I got for a reply:

I drive up every friday around 2 Pm from the South shore dont have much of a problem , if I dont leave by 2 we wait till 6PM and do not have to touch the brakes.

Coming home on Sundays we avoid Medford Lane closeures and take 93 S to 95 S
They Close one lane on each side from Friday 8PM to Monday 5AM for about a 3 mile stretch in medford area for bridge work

I'm just waiting for company to show up. I'm so well hidden they can't find the cabin. And my cell doesn't work so I have to keep checking my email so I can meet them up the street.

But you're right...I'm getting off now regardless!!!
