Registration requirements?

What are the registration requirements here in NH to register a boat/PWC ?

May have a purchase situation, where the seller does not have a title to the property? That may go for the trailer as well?

No.... this is not a 'midnight' sale!

For a boat you need a bill of sale if the boat is new to you and it is nice if you have the previous registration but not required. Previous registrtation is required for a renewal. The trailer may have a title or not depending on it's age and/or size. I believe you register them with your town, just like the car.
