Default Governor's Island Bridge Lights?

Not sure who this needs to be reported to (Marine patrol? Town of Laconia? Gilford?) but I noticed last night that all but one of the hanging lights on the underside of the Governor's Island bridge are out. Coming from Weirs toward Glendale they are all out, and going toward Weirs' the only functional light is the red light on the right hand side. Did this bridge get hit by lightning recently or something? I swear last time we went under there they were all fine!

As a side note, last night was a perfect night for fireworks and Alton Bay did an excellent job with theirs. Hopefully some of you were lucky enough to spend some time out on the water yesterday.
