Marine patrol Alton Bay

Anyone know what’s going on in Alton Bay with marine patrol boats going back and forth with their flashing lights on?

not up there, but if I were, I can't get Marine Patrol this year on my scanner. They must have changed their frequency. Just haven't had time to look up the new frequencies.
