Grounds Maintenance for small condo association.

Looking for recommendations for a landscape/maintenance company to perform weekly duties at a small Condo Association on Paugus Bay.
Duties to include spring/fall cleanups, spring mulching, weekly grounds maintenance like raking beach, blowing hard surfaces, general cleanup and maintenance of grounds. Not a highly manicured grassy association but rather a more natural old cottages type with minimal mowing.
Can anyone recommend a reputable and reasonable company?

Makely and Son 603-387-6703. Does a great job. Been using Dan for 12 years.
