This September we will be building a brand new stick build home on the site of our beloved cottage. Therefore the cottage must go. It is your for FREE you just need to relocate it to your site. Geddes Property movers have already look at the feasibility of moving the cottage and it is a great candidate. The cottage is 700 sq. Ft. with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and a lovely all glass living room plus a small loft bedroom on the second floor. Some furnishing will be included. It would probably cost more to move the building than it's worth? Were you given a cost estimate?

hate saying it but I have seen that twice in the past couple years. Doesn't mean it is the case here though.
