So, what happened with the Friday and Saturday, Sept 23-24 DRAGON BOAT Festival out on Weirs Bay? Wasn't that unintended coinciding with the two big wind, big stormy days on the lake? I hear that wind gusts reached 100-mph atop Mt Washington, 36-air miles away, for the first time since last May on Saturday?

Did the Dragon Boat Festival actually happen or what?
