Sounds really interesting, esp. for the vegetarians in the
family. Help orient me--what was this building before? |

Not first day, weeks later, but very disappointed. I am a big "bowl" fan and the best "bowls" have not just the basic "starch, protein & vegi" selections, but a wide variety of interesting a tasty garnish-type ingredients to upscale the basic bowl. Also "local" and fresh without the packaged preservative flavor is required, for my dollar anyway.

My take….food was very good, portions are small. Good for a quick, light lunch. I left hungry.

When you order the Build Your Own Bowl, the norm is a 3 Bowl--1 base, 1 veggie, 1 protein. But you can bump it up in increments to a 6 Bowl--double base, double veggies, double protein. The protein is chicken, salmon, steak, vegan; about 4 oz/serving. So if you order the 6, it's really enough for just about anybody. I had the 4, and it was excellent |
