Does anyone know the record rainbow trout caught in lake winnipesaukee? I searched the web and could only find the state record. My son caught this today

Yes, I believe in the Bristol area. But on the other side of the coin, there are a lot of questionable things about it!!

Yes, that is the overall state record, caught in the Pemi, per the NH fishing digest. I don't know the largest caught in Lake Winnipesaukee. I don't think fish and game keep records by water body. Perhaps someone with the Meredith Rotary Fishing Derby has records on the largest caught in the big lake.

Was it caught with a hooked in the mouth or was it hooked with a Grapple hook in the side?
