Trailer parking?? 1 week
Hey all. I know this is my first post, so I appreciate the help. Used to go to Winnipesaukee as a kid 30+ years ago and this year we are returning to start a new tradition with my little one. I will be trailering our boat up, but not sure where I can leave the trailer for the week.
Question: Where I can I leave a 24' boat trailer for the week? I will be staying in Meredith and not sure if there is enough room at the rental so want to make sure I have alternate plans. Thank you in advance! |

Welcome
Welcome to the Forum and back to Winnipesaukee.
Call the landlord or the rental agent. I doubt you are the first tenant to ask this question for this location. |

There’s a parking lot for the Meredith town docks beyond the intersection on the right. No idea if you can leave the trailer for a week but that’s a starting point. Check with the town offices.

Ask at the Meredith Police Station about parking your boat trailer at the rough unpaved town parking space between Extreme Clean Car Wash and Charter Trust, very close to the big Meredith stop lights intersection.

In the Meredith area, I would suggest reaching out to Meredith Marine and also
Jenness Hill Auto and Marine Storage, to see if they may be able to help you out. As also suggest reach out to the landlord, or rental agency they like have contacts as well to help out with such things...

A few years ago we had visitors looking for a nearby place to park an unoccupied RV while they spent a long weekend with us. I called the town as I suspected they'd received this question in the past. They did have a suggestion or two though I can't remember specifics. We were able to figure out how to fit it on our property.
Maybe worth a call to the town. |

Are there length of stay restrictions for the lot for the Merideth public launch (behind what used to be hardware store) just past the intersection?
Haven't been there for a while.... |
