Pretty sure this property was at auction last weekend. Anyone have any info?

According to the auctioneers website, there was an automated maximum bid placed at $2,150,00. That was the only bid. The owner/mortgagor was an entity controlled by Robynn Alexander of Laconia State School infamy. She acquired the Kings Grant property primarily via seller financing from the prior owner. Given that there was only one bid, I think it is fairly safe to assume that the sole bidder was the prior owner, and that the property will be reverting back to the prior owner.
