Webcam info

I am considering installing a webcam for public viewing of the lake in Alton. I have no experience with webcams and could use some advice on hardware and software and/or websites that might be helpful.

If you have no experience with this sort of thing, I would highly recommend a "Nest Cam" as they are extremely user friendly and you can be up and running in just a few minutes.

Don't you need to set up a host website ($$) or FB page if you don't already have one for your business?

Not for Nestcam...you just provide a link to your camera. Anyone with the link gets a live view...
