Huggins Hospital Fair Question

I have tried to plan my trips to the Lake around the Hospital Fair for the last several years. Thus far I have not seen it on calendars or schedules of events. Is it going to happen this year, and if so when? Thanks.

It is usually the first Friday in August. That would have it start August 4th

I posted in the other thread I believe it is always the first weekend in August.

I have been told it is the 31st and the first of Aug. this year.

I should have said it is always on a Fri and Sat.

Thank you, tis however I'm still a little unclear. I have always, for the past 20 years, gone to the fair on the 1st Friday and Saturday in August .
If it is July 31st and August 1st, they are breaking a long time tradition.

I hope someone out there can give me a definite date. It's important for me to know this year. Thanks so much!!

I agree. It is really different this year. I was as surprised as you are. Maybe it has just never happened to fall this way before???

I was told by someone connected to the hospital that those are the dates this year. But as he said, the hospital and the Hospital Aid Assn. are not related.
