Weekly House Cleaning and Trash Pickup

I am trying to help set up my grandfather to live on the lake for the first time by himself this summer. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good service that can come in once a week and do the weekly house hold chores? Also he has never had trash pick up, any recommendations for a service once a week? Hey will be living on Moultonborough Neck.

i have trash picked up on the neck by Osgood (who have merged with Casella). Phone 603-569-1458
