Webcam - How to??

Hi - I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me figure out the easiest way to set up a webcam? I have high speed internet access at the house and was interested in setting up a webcam at my home in Moultonboro. I'm about average with computer capabilities.

Any help would be great.
