No overnight anchoring
I had a hypothetical question. What is to stop a sailboat (or any boat, for that matter) from dropping anchor somewhere on the lake and spending the night? What is the difference between a boat illegally anchoring for the night, and simply a vessel at anchor? Must everyone in the boat be unconscious?
 How is that enforced?
