Photopost Albums
I wasn't sure how it worked but I tried to put the photos I took of the 2009 Bedrace(s) in an album. Sure enough they went there but they also "flooded" the recent pic page on Photopost (which I was trying to avoid). Is there a way to have a pic or 2 from an album show up in the recent section so as not to displace a lot of other recent photos ? Will clicking (to view) such a pic then bring a person to the album where the rest of the pics can be found ? What's a good way to do this ??

Sorry I'm late responding.
As far as I know the software won't do what you describe. The only time pictures don't show up in the Most Recent display is when they are placed in private albums. If the album is public the pictures will always appear in the Most Recent list. I suppose one way to do it is to fill up a private album and then make it public at a later date. |

I've been told that photos placed in an album do not show up in the "Random Images" display ...is this true?

I think that only pictures in private albums are excluded from the Featured Photos and Random Images modules. I know I've seen pictures from Island Girl's Excellent Adventure and Shakedown Cruise albums many times in the Featured Photos at the top of the forum index but I'm not so sure about the Random Images. Those 2 modules are from different sources so it's possible that they do behave differently.
