Smile Coe House Food and Wine Pairings

Tonight we went to the June 18th Wine Tasting event at the Coe House and it was wonderful. We highly recommend the Casalini Pinot Grigio as a very smooth palate-pleasing white wine in the first tasting. The second tasting included a delectable pan seared diver scallop with equally appetizing chive whipped potatoes (that were to die for). Our final mini-course was a delicious grilled baby lamb chop joined with mediterranean tomato feta risotto- which was a splendid finale to our evening.
The personal service and extra touches made this an enjoyable and satisfying evening. Can't wait to return.
