Default Traffic Light on 3 South

Isn't that traffic light usually blinking by now? It's the one by the Tamarack eatery. I was surprised to have to stop at it today when there was no cross traffic waiting at all. I seem to recall that it was blinking right after Columbus Day till mid May. Anyone know?

They adjust the light in order to accomodate expected increase in traffic or an expected decrease in traffic.
they do a pretty good job, really, they do
I believe they will adjust it again soon for the up coming holidays

thanks
Rip

The traffic light now stays on year round-they started doing it when they started to build the condos on Rollercoaster Rd.
