I've had Gluten Free Pizza at Rafferty's in North Conway (with Gluten Free Beer). And, Patrick's Pub in Gilford.
I do not know, first hand, of any GF Pizza in Wolfeboro. If, and when, you find it, lets us know. I have learned to make a pretty good crust myself and find it hard to want anything but that. It is a mix of Sorghum Flour, Potato Starch and Tapioca Starch. Comes out different every time due to humidity, air temp, oil on my fingers, my mood, etc. But it is getting pretty good. My latest fave is Pesto pizza with veggies and Feta Cheese.
