Sounds like the Flood Control setting of the forum is set to 5 minutes (300 seconds). That sounds kind of long, usually it's like 30 seconds. Maybe Don will lower it.

It could be worse guys. IN NY state, the 5mph limit through the EZ Pass lanes defeats the whole purpose of the lane. Cash toll payers move through quicker. :)
