If you ever want to start a food concession at one of the fairs.....I recommend fried dough......paid $6 at Fryburg Fair......cost around .30
That's a 5% food cost compared to 34 to 40% at your local restaurant. |

Samian: Why don't more restaurants offer more "fair" type food? You know fried dough, big sausage sandwich, Bloomin Onions? They already have the deep fryer in place. Just a thought, I would think it would be a big hit. |
