So I guess with all these restrictions on dogs--and the darn tooting those boats do is very noticeable, I used to live on a house right on that bay--can be alleviated by having that magical piece of paper.
How does one get it? As a self-described dog person, can I qualify? http://blog.mellowmonk.com/2007/01/d...ce-stress.html As I understand it, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), is very broad indeed, incorporating mental health. I can't imagine why the steamboats and the dogs don't mix. |

I hope I read this correctly and it means only the docks proper and not the ramps and parking area etc. I walk my dog there regularly and don't intend to not do so for that period. We have no business on the docks themselves.
