Best Pizza

Okay, most of the pizza around here is dreadful. I work in Meredith, am surrounded by pizza places and unimpressed. We think best pizza around is now at Wolf City Pizza in Wolfeboro, on Railroad Ave, near Ooh La La crepe restaurant (which is also terrific). Barbara, the owner of Wolf City, has a wood burning pizza oven imported from Italy. The pizza is completely fantastic, just like in Rome. Second best, in our opinion, is Flatbread & Company up in Conway and in Portsmouth-great, organic pizza. Third choice is The Pine Cone-try their spicy sausage, it's pretty good. But Wolf City, which just opened at end of January is really, really good. Call ahead, they will have pizza ready for you when you get there, then sit down and have some chianti ... yummo
