NECN, You have my permission to use Snake Eyes for the weather reports. It would be nice to have the name of the cam mentioned.
My concern with commercial use is someone using my work to sell and make profit. I don't want my images framed in a restaurant without permission amongst other things. The news is a public benefit (though they probably do make a profit). My purpose with the cam and the website is so I can see the lake conditions and to provide a public service. Ice would be nice!
