According to my cable guide, it was a new airing. Last night, I looked ahead to see when they will replay it so i can see it in its entirety and it played again overnight; but unfortunately I don't see it airing again now...

I used to watch House Hunters all the time...until I bought my house in Wolfeboro this year. After doing all my OWN house hunting I just didn't feel like watching others hunt anymore. (BUT I learned a lot from watching the show)

That said, I did look into going on the show during my search and found out you get about $500 to let them film and you have to be very close to a closing date on a house. I think they show people looking at other houses just so it seems like they are making a choice.

If anyone has a link to the episode that would be cool to see.

I have heard that you basically have to be under contract already on the house you decide on, as Cate mentioned you need to be basically ready to close on it. Its already a done deal and they film backwards in time.

Regarding the one in Alton, it was listed by Blue Water, switched to Nicole Watkins for a very short period, then back to Blue Water. Probably had something to do with this.

Unfortunately the whole story about the other houses is false . The buyers had never even looked at the Alton house or the Tuftonborough house until after they had closed on the Meredith house. All filming is done about 3 to 4 weeks after you own the house.

Default Island Cottage

My wife and I have always thought it would be a great episode if they did a show with a couple purchasing an island cottage, perhaps in the $350-400K range. They are all so unique and have such history!

They showed the couple eating at the Town Docks making their final decision. And it was funny too....Alton, Upscale......good sense of humor

If you have a cable box, you should be able to do on-demand to watch the show, that's what we did down here in Mass. this morning.

We rented a house in Belize that was part of the House Hunters International show. It turned out that it was all a marketing ploy to that was sponsored by the developer of the property. Total BS.

Default Real Estate Agent

Can I assume that the real estate agent selling these houses is not real either.
