I know alot of people like Sandy Point. I went 2 years ago & have not been back. I had scallops that were very average. I've had better, they were a little chewy/tough.
The carpet was retro seventies & was soiled badly. It needed replacement. The swivel chairs were compressed foam to the frame covered with naugahyde vinyl. The walls were fake wood paneling, I thought that went out with the seventies. As far as lobster, its pretty hard to screw up a boiled lobster. I've had boiled lobster at many restaurants & it never tastes any different. Boiled lobster is good any where you go. I did have a great meal at The Dockside 4 weeks ago & breakfast/lunch is always great at the Olde Bay Diner. Last edited by PROPELLER; 08-26-2005 at 09:09 AM. |
