Greatly appreciate the suggestion. The same thought crossed my mind but I wasn't sure if negotiating the rates was a possibility. Have no issues with the current provider other than the fixed price they have quoted is way too high (especially in light of the pricing sheet posted). Will try it and see what happens. Thanks again.
