I had the same issue with an American Standard kitchen faucet.
Has a lifetime warranty. Worked perfectly for a few years. Then a slow drip. Called. They sent out replacement parts. Installed them. Still dripped. Called again. They sent out same replacement parts. Installed them Still dripped. Instructions included. 2nd time had a friend read instructions and install parts. Still dripped. Finally went out and purchased a Kohler brand and no drips since. American Standard. They did honor their lifetime warranty and did send me a new kitchen faucet. I sold that one on eb*y. I don't know how these manufacturers can foul up a simple faucet. But they do. |
