It's hard for me to comprehend how any trade has the potential of working that much overtime & special duty. I would also think that that person might not be alert during regular duty due to working long hours.

It would appear that Special Duty is, at least part of, his "normal" 40 hours. Special Duty could be being called out here as a separate line item because, if I am reading the website correctly, public companies pay that part of his salary. |
