Did you really like mashed potatoes Think? I’ve always found them to be flavorless, likely instant. For me the biggest drawer is the Turkey soup. I wanted to like the Buffalo turkey dip but it was all dark meat in there. I’ll stick with the 405 Grill or Tower Hill for that.

In the past, I've been offended by their mashed—I believe I might've called them "geriatrically bland" in a former review—but last night they worked.

In fact, I took bites from both the top of the mound and from that which was immersed in the au jus and both were good.

The only thing that was criminally bland was the turkey pie (which, incidentally, we were all hoping would be great).

In this day and age where the majority of the restaurants over saturate their food with salt and sugar or seasonings containing lots of salt and sugar, I find Harts Turkey farm to be a welcoming change from the norm. I've had their turkey pie many times, it's not heavily seasoned at all, but adding salt and pepper by my own measurable amount, has always done the trick for me.
My go to is the Poutine with the turkey gravy, if my wife wants a different appetizer, we end up with the Poutine and then whatever she wants.

We love Harts but don’t get there as often as we would like. We always go for the turkey, either the dinner or the open face turkey sandwich. Always good, always what we expect. And let me not forget the butternut squash, it is awesome. This post is making me hungry.
