Didn't they just build the Biergarten thing?! That had to cost some crazy moolah.

My guess is that the Biergarten put them into debt they could not service. Sad, but several members have reported their disappointment, so as BiggD noted, not surprising

Poggio’s leased the restaurant area, did not own property. Property is owned by 2 other people. The Biergarten is owned by them along with owner of Notch brewery. I suspect they already have a plan for the space. Time will tell.
