Poggio’s leased the restaurant area, did not own property. Property is owned by 2 other people. The Biergarten is owned by them along with owner of Notch brewery. I suspect they already have a plan for the space. Time will tell.

As for the Biergarten at OP - it seems Twin Barns with zero view and beer only does just fine filling their parking-lot styled Beer Garden. I don't think it's the view or the location I live nearby and never go to OP - - - it's always been a bit pretentious with sporadic hours. |
