I saw two vehicles there this afternoon. Since the snow in parking is nearly gone.

I guess i really have to try the taste of tuscany in laconia because I've been to the one in moultonboro and it started out great but lately I've been having bad experiences. I remember a guy paul that worked there since Anthony's days and I think after he left that's when some of the problem started. For instance, there is black (for lack of a better word)Soot on the bottom of the pizza. One time I called and asked for a cecielien(bad spelling i know), it's the rectanugular extra thick crust pizza that I get almost twice a month and the person on the phone didn't even know what it was nore did any of the other kids working there. Now I hope no one takes this post the wrong way becuase I will definately give them another try. but since people seem to be so happy with the one in laconia it might be worth the drive.

As I understand it, Paul was one of two owners of Anthony's. It was sold and became Tuscanny and Paul worked there off and on for a while, maybe during the transition, but haven't seen him in a while in Moultonboro. I haven't tried the Weirs or seen who is manning the ovens there, yet

Was Paul the grumpy one with the personality of a rock? My wife always complained they were soo unfriendly in there and I'd have to agree.

Hope the new place gets it together.

Paul was tall, thin with reddish hair. His partner looked more Mediterranean, and I observed the partner throwing things from time to time... never at customers tho... atleast when I was there

Default DPG, I did.......

address I.G.'s concerns in person while she was here. We were still a bit new at this and had a few stumbles but I think we've got it worked out now !

I can't change last falls messages on the Tamarack sign, I need a internet connection to 'talk' to it and I'm a victim of the Verizon - Fairpoint switch. Once (if ever) Fairpoint fixes the line then I can put up our hours on it. Until then I'm stuck with an old message but we're open Fri & Sat 4 - 9 and Sunday 3 - 7 with an abbreviated menu. I just have the sign on so people will now we are open again.

As to Moultonboro, we figured out why the bottom was getting too crispy (nice way of saying burnt) & we fixed that also.

Think Spring !

Thanks,

Jim Clayton

We had a bad experience with Anthony's in Moultonborough (undercooked pizza-raw in the middle). We tried again when it became Tuscany's but Paul was still cooking and had the same experience. Pie was okay once we re-baked it at home for a while but we weren't pleased.

Maybe we will give the Weirs location a try.

Thank you for clearing that up Jim. I'll be sure to give it another try soon. unfortunately it seems like I always want pizza on monday and they are closed but that is understandable due to the economy. I'll let you know how my experience goes.
