Can someone clarify this "law" to me? As I read it, it is claimed that a person can trespass on the first 5 feet of my shoreline because it is lake?

And even worse, in this case, land a plane potentially endangering people who are in the water, under the assumption they will get out of the way due to fear, and therefore no longer be "in the way"?

Something does not seem right....
