Bald Eagle On Paugus Bay
I spotted this Bald Eagle today at the top of a scrub pine on Paugus Bay. It's always exciting to see them.
He took off before I was ready for him and right into the sun.

Majestic Bird of Prey!
Beautiful shots, Airedale! It's always exciting to see them, except when your small dog is on the dock when it flies by! Thankfully my pups mostly stick to the woods.

Thank you! I certainly know what you mean about the fear of an attack from up above. When our Cooper (Airedale Terrier) was just a pup we had him in an open top portable exercise pen in our yard and we had a Red-tailed Hawk do a fly-over of the pen, no less than 3 feet off the ground. It was very frightening.
