The longer this thread goes on, the better it is for this Lakes Region business. While you see the responses as members having too much time on their hands, I see it as giving the Lobster Pound a helping hand. Notice no one is bashing the food or service?

If you reserved a hotel/motel for the weekend because of the beautiful scenery and pics from their website and got there only to find it was a mile down the road would you be upset? O.K. maybe a bit extreme but whatever...Just put a pic of the place in an ad, was there really any need to put the water in front? There was just no need of it a "real" picture would of been fine.

PEOPLE, Listen to yourselves !!! If this bothers you, DON'T GO, and you might need a life also. WOW , I can't believe this is going on for so long. To the owners of the Lobster pound, I hope you made a TON of money on this ad, because we all know how long the winter will be. The purpose of a AD is to generate business. Good luck to you and hope to see you in the spring doing well also.

Just think how good the Lakes Region Businesses would do if all these people were out enjoying them instead of writing about them. Get over it everyone, I think if another place had done this other than the LP, we wouldn't be seeing half the negative responses. And anyways, as I see it and how things have been going in the Weirs....The LP should be due for a fire in the next few years.

Actually, nothing any of us write is really necessary, but it (most) makes for good reading. Just stating a fact (coincidence I am sure) that there seems to be alot of business fires in the Weirs area. There are actual bets in Las Vegas about what celebrity will die next. I bet we could do one for the Weirs on which building will be next to go up in flames. Just be thankful we don't have the same fire dept policy that they have down in Tennessee.

So, What is Necessary? Is it necessary to write certain things? or for that matter, is it necessary to read certain things....I guess nothing is necessary....but we do it anyways
