This is a MA person that rarely comes to the lake during the winter and is too cheap to pay someone to manage/adjust his circulator. Any ideas on how to get someone to enforce control of a circulator?
You have probably already done this....but why not suggest that he reset the timer on it....or better yet, have someone check on it from time to time.
