More or less, kinda/sorta... (I know that as an educator, you will love that phrase...) That is my recollection; about a dollar or so more per gallon than on the street. That would seem to validate the hypothesis that they are selling off what is left of last year's deliveries and have yet to start pumping the new, more expensive current gas.
